Clean Plate Pop-Up Dinner – April
We are super excited to offer this 4 course dinner at Nourish to Heal open to the public. A Clean Plate Kitchen experience at Nourish to Heal with Anthony & Nicole.
There will be one seating and limited tickets available. Please specify people in your party and whether you prefer private or communal seating, in an email or comments at checkout. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions. This is a set menu and will be gluten free with a meat, fish, and vegan option.
STARTER – Kimchi deviled egg & chive cashew filled endive
SALAD – Mixed greens, carrots, radishes, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, fresh mozzarella, toasted pine nuts, & balsamic vinaigrette
ENTREE (Choose One)
-Grilled cilantro carne asada grassfed flank steak with avocado, pickled onions, served with brown rice & black beans
-Ginger citrus sustainable scottish salmon with soba noodles, grapefruit, blood orange, fennel, & spring peas
-Grilled vegetable tower with herbed cashew cream and roasted red pepper coulis served with kale pesto quinoa
DESSERT – Flourless chocolate cake with whipped coconut & berries
Gratuity is not included and this event is BYOB
The event is Friday, April 12th, 2023 at 7pm at Nourish to Heal. Please choose Meat, Fish, or Vegan option when adding to cart. (When adding to cart, the event is only April 12th, regardless of date that you click on. Choose pickup when checking out (this is just a limitation of our ordering system).
