Frozen – 5 pound bag of free range, gluten free chicken tenders. Kids love them (adults do too!)
These chicken tenders are not made in-house, but a fan favorite for The Clean Plate Kitchen, made from fully cooked breast tenderloins, gluten free, dairy free, and egg free (which is hard to find) and they contain rice flour, yellow corn meal flakes, soybean oil, tapioca starch, salt, spices, paprika, turmeric, onion powder, and garlic powder
Recommended to preheat oven to 375F – spread on a baking sheet heat for 15 minutes, flip over half way through and cook to desired temperature and crispiness

Preheat 350F, place on baking tray and heat for 15 minutes. Tenders are fully cooked, so heat to desired temp and crispiness

I choose to eat dairy and egg free and these chicken tenders check those boxes. But more importantly, they taste great… Tender, juicy and crisp up in just minutes in the toaster oven. Really want to know just how good they are? Both of my kids love them!
